Yes. The Member plan is free and already unlocks member prices at partner businesses and points on every visit. Plus and VIP add deeper prices, free delivery, online vet consultations and concierge support.
How do member prices work?
Each partner sets three prices: their regular price, a SalamPet price for anyone booking in the app, and a lower member price. Book in the app or show your member card at the counter to get it.
What can I do with points?
Points are a reward, not cash. 100 points are worth AED 1 off bookings and orders inside SalamPet. They stay valid for 12 months after your last activity.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, in the app you can split eligible payments into interest-free instalments with Tabby or Tamara.
