There is no sign-up fee. You pay a commission on completed online bookings and a small commission on member-card sales at your counter. Founding partners pay 0% for their first 90 days.
Which businesses can join?
Any licensed pet business in the UAE: clinics, grooming salons and vans, boarding and daycare, trainers, pet taxis and pet shops. You need a valid trade licence and municipality registration.
What are the three prices?
Your regular price, a SalamPet price for anyone booking in the app, and a lower member price. The member price is what brings members to you instead of a competitor.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Add team members as managers or staff. Staff can manage bookings and scan member cards; only owners see payouts.
